Although we are not in school for this special holiday, I like to celebrate Father's Day with my students. You will find books that celebrate stay at home dads, dad's that work a lot but take time to play with them and even a personalized book that contains a funny story. We had to add this book to the list, even though it is a personalized book where the child fills out the pages, it also contains a story celebrating and admiring all of dad's skills. The illustrations are amazing and each page is full of funny stories!

8. Mi papá es la mejor madre del mundo by Ana Zurita (Spanish)
This story was written from a child's perspective, even though his dad works a lot, he always has time to play, to help with homework, and to read stories every night. This book celebrates all the special little moments with dad.
