Product Description
This Photosynthesis and Cellular Respiration lab uses Bromothymol blue and Elodea. Students place Elodea stems in BTB solutions in the dark and light and observe changes. Students make predictions and draw conclusions. The introduction, procedure and key concepts are in English and translated (Spanish). An additional PDF is included that can be edited to add translations from any language. Students should answer questions in English. This lab is two days, day one to prepare the test tubes and make predictions and day two to make observations and conclusions. There is an optional CER included with sentence stems for ESL students.
