Happy within is a children's book that will help children from around the world learn, appreciate self-love, and embrace diversity.

The idea behind the book is to help provide children with the support and confidence to be happy with themselves and within their own skin. No matter where in the world they are from, whether the race, the background, etc. The book includes a diverse range of characters with the message that we should all love ourselves and support one another to be the best we can be.

About the author: Marisa Taylor lives in London, UK with her husband and two daughters. They are a mixed Jamaican, Canadian & German family. London has a diverse range of people, cultures & ethnic backgrounds. However, she still found it difficult to find books that reflect the amazing city and represent children from all over. She is passionate about learning & teaching languages as it is a key element to connecting with people from other cultures. Her desire is to inspire and motivate parents and children from all nationalities & backgrounds to love who they are and be happy within. Marisa speaks German and Spanish to her children and wanted to create a bilingual series of her book´happy within´, with the aim of helping her children improve their language skills, as well as help other families learn another language together.
