ESL ELL students can visualize DNA replication / DNA synthesis by using paper nucleotides to model the process.
The information and instructions have been translated into Spanish so students can understand the concept. However, the questions are in English (with no translation) and the students should answer in English. Depending on the level of your ESL ELL students, have them work in groups or individually.
These cards can also be printed on cardstock and kept in an envelope or baggie to be used again later.
An editable version to add your own translations (other languages) is included.
